On the First Sunday in the season of Advent, the congregation gathers to prepare our minds for the coming of the Christ Child, to prepare our hearts for the long-awaited Messiah, and to prepare God's House for the birth of God's Son.
Purple altar hangings are used for Advent.
The tree is decorated with Chrismons (CHRIST MONograms) that tell the message of our Lord Jesus Christ through the use of symbols.
The windows are dressed with candles and greenery.
The children led the Service and helped to decorate the sanctuary.
Youth and adults hung greenery in the higher places!
The organizer of mayhem leads with a firm hand!
